Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Noillirk for use of this website and the climbs on it. By opening the site or playing a climb, you accept them. If you do not accept them, the site is still yours to leave — just close the tab.

What the service is

Noillirk is a free browser survey game. A prompt appears, the field takes one answer, and twenty seconds later your answer is placed against the survey's ranking. Six tiers pay 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and 100 points, so seven perfect prompts make 700 — drawn as a 14 km climb. Endless mode keeps dealing prompts until your balloons run out. No install, no download, no purchase.

The game is entertainment. The rankings it shows are the game's own, not a scientific poll: do not cite them as data about what people actually think, and do not use them for research, journalism or market decisions.

Playing without an account

No account is required. Progress — today's prompts, your score, your streak, the balloons left in an Endless run and your best climbs — is stored in your browser. We cannot see it, transfer it or restore it.

That cuts both ways: if you clear your browser's site data, use a different browser, or play in a private window, your streak and history do not follow you. Losing local data is not grounds for a refund, since playing costs nothing and no record exists on our side.

Fair play

Playing well is the point, so a few things are off limits:

• Using scripts, bots, solvers, or any automation to answer prompts.
• Reading the answers from the page source, network requests or a scraped dataset instead of playing.
• Deliberately hammering the site, probing for endpoints, or interfering with other players' access — including in a shared room.
• Republishing today's prompts, or the survey's ranking, as your own game or dataset before the day is over.

We do not run cash prizes or wagering. The board ranks a single climb, so cheating buys nothing but a corrupted personal best. Even so, we may reset a score, remove a streak or block access where we see abuse.

Answers are not a survey

Every answer in the game is typed by a player under a twenty-second clock. The tiers are part of the game's scoring, not the result of a controlled study: no sample was recruited, no weighting was applied, and the ranking can move as the prompt set changes. Do not quote a Noillirk result as polling data, and do not treat a high climb as evidence about any real population.

Your submissions

If you send us a guest post, a correction, an image or any other material, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to edit, publish, promote and archive it on this site, for as long as we keep it online. You confirm the material is yours to send, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it is not spam or disguised advertising.

We may decline, edit or remove a submission at any time. Published posts may carry the byline you supplied, and we will correct or remove a byline on request.

Our content

The prompts, illustrations, page copy, code and the Noillirk name and marks belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may play, link to us, quote a short passage with attribution, and share screenshots of your own results. You may not copy the prompt set, rebuild it as another game, resell the content, or train a model on the answers.

Advertising and third-party links

Some pages may show advertising, and some may link to other sites. Ads and links are not endorsements. We do not control what those sites do with your data; the Privacy Policy explains what our ad partner receives, and their own policies apply once you leave.

Availability and changes

The site is offered as it is and when it is available. We may add, change, pause or retire a mode, a page or the whole service. We aim to keep the site running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, and downtime is not a breach of these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, that a prompt will always be answerable, or that a score will be recorded correctly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost data, lost streaks, lost profits or lost opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to play, which is zero.

Ending access

You may stop using the site at any time; clearing site data removes what was stored locally. We may suspend or block access if these terms are broken, if the site is attacked, or if we retire the service. Sections on content ownership, disclaimers and liability survive the end of this agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the game changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the site after a revision, the revised terms apply.
